Jubilee honors an outstanding leader in Montgomery County. This year Jubilee will be toasting Sid Kramer, a former Montgomery County Executive, Maryland State Senator, and President of Kramer Enterprises in Silver Spring.
The event will be held on Tuesday, April 28 at the Marriott Washingtonian in Gaithersburg.
Blaire Lee will be Master of Ceremonies. Toasters include the Hon. Isiah Leggett, Lanny Davis, Hon. Sheila Hixson, the Hon. Ben Kramer, and Stewart Bainum.
