Judge: Nicholas Simmons
Mr. Simmons is a professional artist and workshop instructor. His painting “Fresh Sushi” was awarded Best in Show at the NWS 87th Exhibit in 2007. In 2006, Nick was featured on MD Public Television and in Feb. 2007 he was the subject of a six page feature in Watercolor Magic. Creative Catalyst selected Nicholas to film an instructional DVD that is to be released this year. Mr. Simmons is represented by Gallery RoCa of Havre de Grace, Maryland
