Subject: Alexander classes at Cedar Lane

This Thursday, February 21, 7:30-9:30 p.m. I am giving a free

introduction at Cedar Lane, a great way to find out what the

Alexander Technique is about. Of course I am always happy to

answer any questions and am available for private lessons.

My spring Alexander Technique class at Cedar Lane UU Church in

Bethesda starts Thursday March 6, 7:30-9:30 p.m.

Alexander Technique is such an effective way to deal

with strain, a way to be more comfortable, balanced and effective.
